Welcome to LIFE! One-on-One!

The program we run is meant to give the students the attitudes, thought processes and other tools they will need to have to live the most rewarding, successful and productive life possible.

What might these be? Optimism, positive thinking, possibility thinking, risk-taking and effective problem solving, good communication skills, strong character and solid values. Equines are great teachers and healers. We learn to live by faith and dream big! We learn how to get started, stay with it, or bounce back and start over again after disappointments.

Our rules of respective communication with our horses: Be friendly, be fair, be frank, then be firm. Many hours of patience, persistence and perseverance on the part of the students and their equine partners lead to really neat things!

It is our hope that as people leave our program they will take many things with them. Above all, that they can take their natural gifts and talents and use what they've learned to go into the world, find a need and fill it, find a hurt and heal it, and find a problem and solve it.
